After twenty-eight years at the Denver Naturopathic Clinic, Drs. Rena Bloom and Jacob Schor have retired from practice.
Two exceptional colleagues, Kelsey Asplin and Lauren Hacker, have moved their practices into the clinic. Both received their naturopathic training at Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. Some of you may remember Dr. Asplin, as she worked at our clinic while completing her undergraduate degree at Metro State University many years ago. Drs. Asplin and Hacker are looking forward to caring for our patients. Those of you accustomed to refilling your supplements through the clinic will be able to continue to do so.
The service and knowledge Dr. Schor provided to cancer patients over the past two decades has been highly specialized. However, neither Doctor Asplin nor Hacker specialize in oncology care. For those of you seeking ongoing naturopathic oncology care, we are referring patients to two colleagues in Oregon that offer a similar expertise. While we realize they are not in Denver, both offer telemedicine consults as part of their practices. Dr. Schor worked closely with both Dr. Kaczor, and Dr. Neubauer, for many years on the board of the Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians. They have earned our respect and trust over the years.
